Marc-Michaels Interior Design, Inc. has been contracted by Zhejiang Wintech Real Estate, Ltd. to design two luxury villas in the Thousand Islands Lake region of Hangzhou province, China. Zhejiang Wintech Real Estate Development Company, Ltd. is a well known Chinese enterprise group with residential and commercial projects in both Shanghai and Zhejiang Province.

The Tianyu International Resort community will include an international five-star hotel along with 80 luxury villas, and is being touted as an exclusive resort destination for affluent Chinese residents. The Marc-Michaels Interior Design team is scheduled to install both villas in late January 2008. The grand opening will follow in February, just in time for the Chinese New Year. Each Mediterranean style villa is sized at 6,000 square feet and will sell in the range of $5 to $6 million.
