Marc-Michaels Interior Design, Inc. of Winter Park, Florida has been hired to design and merchandise a 1,980 square foot model for The Prisa Group (www.PrisaGroup.com). The model’s location is in Plantation Village on Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico. The overall feel of this community is inspired by Fisher Island, a private island luxury residential community in Miami. Plantation Village consists of six mid-rise condo buildings with 30 units each, and overlooks a golf course and magnificent mountains. The overall design of the model is clean contemporary with a blend of textured materials. Raffia is an element in the ceilings, a stacked stone wall makes a presence in the living room and glass mosaic tiles surround an elegant tub in the master bathroom. Prices of units range from $750,000 to over $1.6MM. Marc-Michaels is tentatively scheduled to install the model in April 2008.
