Marc-Michaels Interior Design, Inc. of Winter Park, Florida has been hired to design and merchandise three models and one clubhouse for the David Cutler Group in Montgomery County, PA. The models and clubhouse are part of Stony Creek Farms, an exclusive community for 55+ active adult living. Models will range in size from 2,281 to 3,267 square feet and are priced from the mid $400’s. The 4,500 square foot clubhouse will feature a country club style design and include a wealth of amenities including vaulted meeting and gathering rooms, an exercise room, kitchen and conference room. Installation is scheduled for April 2008.Marc-Michaels has also been hired to design and merchandise six models and a 7,597 square foot, two story clubhouse in the Montgomery Walk Community, Montgomery County, PA. The community is targeted toward 55+ active adults and is a secluded enclave featuring homes with spacious floorplans and a variety of amenities. Models will range in size from 1,805 to 2,712 square feet and are priced from the mid $400’s. The clubhouse will be the focal point of the community, featuring a great room, theatre, fitness center, card room and multi-purpose rooms. Installation is scheduled for May 2008.
